Isioma Coker is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 14 years of global experience in labour relations, business partnering, compensation and benefits, and management across various industries. Currently serving as the HR Director – Labour Relations, Job Evaluation, Benefits and Compensation at SaskTel, she is responsible for maintaining determining the Company’s labour relations strategy, maintaining industrial harmony, and driving and delivering part of the Company’s EVP via our robust Compensation and Benefits programs.

Throughout her career, Isioma has been a trusted advisor to global business leadership teams, leveraging her expertise to develop strategically aligned business solutions. She has a proven track record in managing complex projects, including reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and expatriate management. Her ability to navigate and negotiate collective bargaining agreements and manage employee relations has been instrumental in maintaining organizational harmony and compliance with legislative requirements.

Isioma excels in stakeholder management, having worked with senior executives, union leaders, government partners, and frontline leaders across multiple locations. Her leadership skills and ability to direct and develop staff have consistently resulted in high employee satisfaction and engagement scores.

Isioma holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Baylor University. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
