Hello, I’m Matt Hopkins, and I bring career-long success in human resources within the public sector.
Following early contributions with the Ontario Public Service, I joined the Toronto Transit Commission in 2015 and have played a key role in impacting the success of HR programs supporting cross-functional teams. Notably, I have met the challenge of embracing a strategy-driven HR model and introducing key initiatives continually improve talent management, employee relations, and budget delivery.
