Joshua Edwards

Joshua Edwards is a senior People and Performance leader focused on how organizations lead through change while sustaining culture, well-being, and operational performance. His work examines the evolving role of HR in high-pressure environments, where transformation is constant and people systems are required to perform at scale.

Joshua currently serves as Senior Director, People and Performance at Johnvince Company, a leading North American snacking manufacturing organization operating across Canada and the United States. He partners with executive and senior leadership teams on enterprise initiatives including organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, learning and development, and cultural integration across complex, multi-site operations.

His perspective positions HR as a strategic operating system rather than a support function. Joshua believes meaningful change occurs when strategy, structure, leadership, and culture are intentionally aligned, enabling organizations to execute with clarity, accountability, and purpose. His work is centered on building organizational capacity that sustains performance over time, not just during moments of change.
