Joshua currently serves as Senior Director, People and Performance at Johnvince Company, a leading North American snacking manufacturing organization operating across Canada and the United States. He partners with executive and senior leadership teams on enterprise initiatives including organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, learning and development, and cultural integration across complex, multi-site operations.
