Stephanie is the Employee Experience & Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Director at TransLink, and brings over 25 years of experience across education, change management, and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). Since joining TransLink in July 2020, she has spearheaded the development of an EDI framework which was updated in 2023, embedded EDI objectives into annual performance reviews, established seven dynamic Employee Resource Groups, and orchestrated the organization’s inaugural Inclusion Survey. Her efforts have also included the integration of continuous EDI training for managers, fostering a culture of inclusivity and accountability.
Prior to her role at TransLink, Stephanie served as the Senior Director of Inclusive Culture at SAP, where she projects managed the first-ever Global EDGE certification for a multinational technology firm. Her work at SAP set a new benchmark for inclusive excellence, driving employee engagement and fostering an environment where all voices are valued.
