Kendra Flagler

Kendra Flagler is the Director of HR Strategy and Projects at Ontario Power Generation, where she has spent more than 20 years leading across corporate and nuclear functions, with experience spanning Human Resources, Operations, and large scale projects. This breadth gives her a strong understanding of both the business and people sides of transformation.

In her current role, she leads key efforts including OPG’s transition to a skills based organization and the people strategies that enable business modernization. Her work focuses on future skills, workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and helping the organization adapt through periods of significant change.
