Under Jas’ leadership, the practice brings together a team of health consultants, actuaries, and data scientists who harness data-driven insights and analytics to define and measure value for Alight clients. By establishing value-centric best practices, the team evaluates benefit program awareness, engagement, and their impact on employees – ensuring organizations maximize their return on investment while enhancing employee experience and wellbeing. Prior to Alight, Jas held leadership roles at SAP and Infor, bringing a wealth of experience in driving strategic initiatives and business transformation.
