Linda Iriah

Linda Iriah, SPHRi, GPHR is the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Ipsos, one of the world’s largest research organizations, where she leads people strategy across a complex, matrixed global organization. In addition to her HR leadership mandate, Linda serves as Ipsos’ Global Agentic Workforce and Culture Lead and is the global co–lead of BELONG, Ipsos’ worldwide inclusion and belonging initiative, bringing a connected view of culture, belonging, and the future of work to everything she does.
