Hugh Doyle

Hugh Doyle is the CEO of Eazy Benefits, where he leads the company’s mission to simplify and modernize employee benefits for Canadian businesses. With deep expertise in global group benefits and retirement consulting, Hugh brings a strategic, client-first approach to helping organizations design more effective and cost-efficient programs. Prior to Eazy Benefits, he was the President of ProCorp Financial, a group benefits and retirement consulting firm acquired by large multi-national brokerage in 2019. Earlier in his career, Hugh built and operated a successful benefits and pension consulting firm in Dublin, Ireland, where he advised organizations on European benefit programs and developed a strong foundation in international benefits strategy.
