“Who’s not at the table, and why?” …this key question guides my approach to acknowledging, inviting and sharing my privilege with missing voices, as well as dismantling systemic barriers rooted in white supremacy and settler colonialism.

What I find rewarding is enabling individuals and organizations to uncover opportunities and realize true potential – while learning along the way. I’m an intrapreneur who identifies unmet needs and implements solutions that are co-designed through exceptional cross-functional collaboration. I achieve impactful results by leading people with empathy, building sustainable operating models, and telling stories that resonate.

I’m also a rookie curler, tennis enthusiast, coffee connoisseur and French fry aficionado, who is never not thinking about travel.
