Carla Reale currently serves as Vice President, People & Culture at Heartland Mutual Insurance. She brings 30 years of progressive Human Resources and transformational leadership experience across the pharmaceutical, biotech, financial services, and insurance sectors within Canadian and global organizations. She has spearheaded diverse leadership development initiatives and built coaching cultures where both people and organizations thrive.

Carla is an Executive Coach. She has earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coaching Federation and holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Carla is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a Prosci Change Practitioner. She is passionate about wellness and its direct impact on leadership effectiveness. She holds a PN1 Certification with a focus on nutrition, sleep, stress management, and recovery, and champions wellbeing as a foundation for high performance
