Dominic Mailloux

Dominic Mailloux is Vice President, Human Resources for GardaWorld Cash – Canada. With over 20 years of experience in human resources and labor relations, he leads HR strategy and labor relations initiatives across Canada, supporting a large and diverse workforce. Prior to joining GardaWorld Cash, Dominic spent more than two decades at Bombardier, where he held a series of senior HR leadership roles supporting global operations. He led HR for multiple large-scale sites across Canada and the United States, overseeing talent management, labor relations, organizational development, and employee engagement for thousands of employees. Dominic is recognized for his strategic leadership, deep expertise in labor relations, and ability to drive transformation in complex environments while building high-performing teams.
