My past roles include VP, Talent at a national construction company, and leading talent acquisition globally for an engineering consulting firm. I have over 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience in national and global, complex, matrixed organizations across various industries, such as construction, consumer packaged goods (CPG), engineering, insurance, mining, and professional services.
Known for leading inclusively, I am results-oriented, future-focused, and collaborative with expertise in HR transformation, creating COEs, and centralizing HR operations. I am passionate about creating and implementing outcome-focused talent solutions that align with the business goals and values, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. A few recent achievements include delivering an experiential project management learning academy, partnering with the HR leadership team on enterprise-wide projects, driving retention strategies, and reducing vendor agency spend. I am bilingual (English/French), certified in various HR and DEI tools and frameworks, and an active board member and contributor to several professional and community organizations.
