Natassa (Hadjigeorgiou) Zervopoulos

Sr. Director HR

If the last few years have taught us anything, it is that how and with whom we spend our time with matters. Experience. Matters. Period.

As a Senior Director of Human Resources, it is my responsibility to develop and execute powerful People and Culture programs that encompass the entire lifecycle. This starts with the very first interaction and follows through recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and even as an alumni of the organization. To do this, I have spent the last seven years building a program from the ground up that leverages over a decade of accounting and business experience and a CPA designation. My approach to talent acquisition and management, like my background, is unconventional. Drawing from this experience, I develop and execute strategies that find the sweet spot where business and employee needs converge to drive results!

As I mentioned, experience matters. And I do not like keeping this experience to myself! In fact, over the last several years, I have been invited to speak on panels and as a keynote on talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, career development, and performance management. I have also contributed to research papers and articles on these topics.

Sheryl Sandberg said, “I want every little girl who is told she is bossy to be told she has leadership skills!” As a former “bossy girl”, leader and mother of two, I have also spent my free time in the last few years as a Board Member and Development Committee Chair at Girls Inc of Durham creating a Board experience that helps girls become strong, smart, and bold.

If you want to chat about the value of the experience, let’s connect!
