I’m a seasoned HR leader known for scaling global tech companies, ranging from $100 million to $1.6 billion in revenue in organizations with headcounts from 300 to 6,000. I’ve successfully brought three companies through the S1 filing process for IPO readiness and played pivotal roles in M&A, guiding culture and process through multiple transformations.

Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at StockX, I oversee all global HR functions for this cutting-edge e-commerce technology platform. Previously, I was Chief People Officer at HR software provider Zenefits, contributing to a best-selling book on People Operations during my tenure. My impactful leadership at the privately held call center software giant Genesys included doubling revenue and scaling the organization from 1,800 to over 6,000 across 50 countries.

I bring a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive business results while fostering strong organizational cultures. My involvement as a board member for Emtrain, my current service on the Civil Service Board for my city, my experience advising at various companies, and my ongoing contributions to Forbes through their HR Council platform reflect my commitment to thought leadership. Additionally, my ten years teaching HR at San Francisco State University allowed me to demystify HR complexities for the next generation of leaders and share my knowledge with others.
